As ever the night padddle went extremely well, this one was not done to coinside with a full moon and we were lucky to have such a clear night. By the time we set off, having done the ferries etc it was 21.25. There was 14 (5 in open boats and 9 in kayaks) of us and set off heading for the Yat Rapids, and it was very different doing this at night. It was a most enjoyable paddle, and as ever good company. We got to Monmouth in good time and then sorted the back ferry and headed home with only one minor hick up with someones keys not where they should be – you know who you are Select more to view gallery.
