I am organizing a full moon paddle this coming Saturday (2/5/15) night from Jubilee Bridge car park, Fladbury to Pershore.
We will be meeting at Pershore Riverside Centre at 9.00pm so we can sort cars out.
Let me know via Facebook or text if you would like to come.
Please arrive ready to paddle with your kit sorted and bring a glow stick to wear on your person so that we don’t lose anyone. (ASDA usually sell them in a pack of 2 for a pound. I will bring a few spares) Head torches are also useful when getting on and off the water.
If you want to come and need to use club boat let me know so we can arrange to be there earlier and sort it out.
For those of you who are interested in trying canoe/kayak camping or looking to practice/enhance your skills, I’m organizing a one night local camping trip on Friday 3rd April (Good Friday). The plan is to paddle from Riverside Centre at Pershore to a campsite at Strensham, camp overnight, then paddle on down the river on the Saturday, with a get out at Tewkesbury (subject to arrangement).
