Demo kit afternoon is still happening tomorrow afternoon Saturday 7th January 2017 at Pershore Riverside Centre, so hoping to see as many new joiners as can make it.
If you are coming down then please ensure you bring warm clothes – base layers and thermals, tops, bottoms and socks (if you have them) as well as dry clothing for after, if needed (let’s hope not!)
Equally, if you’re a more experienced paddler/club member who may have someone trying your kit, and we manage to get out and paddle as a group then please make sure you bring some additional clothes you can paddle in (we’ll have open boats remember – so walking trousers and a down jacket would work).
See you at 2pm 👍

Help needed. Tuesday night at riverside centre.
We are going to start moving the boats to their new home at 7pm.
All help most welcome.
Bit of a change of plan for tomorrow night – the levels look good and suitable for all, so we’ve taken a vote to head up to Nafford for a play in the weir and ferry glide across the flows. Meet at Eckington bridge ready to paddle at 6.30, this should get you up to Nafford for about ten to seven.
This means we WON’T be at PRSYC tomorrow evening.
The 2015 Q1 programme is now ready, and there’s plenty going on. If there’s a trip that you’re not sure of then please get in touch with the Programme Secretary (Matt S). Equally, if there’s somewhere you’d like to paddle specifically then get in touch, there is a huge amount of resource within the club that can help you arrange logistics, coaching and comms.
Happy and safe paddling.
Programme, Quarter 1 2015
I have been appointed Chair (person / man / woman, I don’t mind!) over a month and I have just about got my thoughts together by now. I have been lucky enough to take over a well run and highly motivated club, so many thanks to Ed and the good work he has done over the last 3 years. I picked up a couple of hot spots which we now have some focus on; firstly the setting up of DBS cover (replacement to the old CRB) which Claire and Rita are pushing through; secondly a reinvigoration of our Clubmark accreditation, which has also changed and needs a bit of a tidy up, Tony (my hubby) is taking on this challenge.

Paddle Sunday – All details on FB. If you have not seen it and wish to come please contact Matt Soley by 2pm Saturday.
Please take note that Monday nights at the pool will NOT follow the program. The rule is they will not be happening as per program but will occur on an adhoc basis when there is a clear requirement to carry out an activity and enough demand to help cover the cost.
Individual comms will be posted as and when each session happens.
